Claims Process

The recovery of your clients' Uninsured Loss Recovery (ULR) claim will be managed on our behalf by CCL Vehicle Rental (CCL), however, in the event that a customer or their passenger has suffered any Personal Injury following the road accident, the entire claim will subsequently be handled by a specialist, independent solicitor. We have a mechanism in place for CCL to transfer these claims without causing any inconvenience to the customer.

Following a reported non-fault claim, your clients may have the option of taking a comparable replacement vehicle through our trading partners, CCL, who undertake the provision of this service. CCL provides a nationwide coverage of hire vehicles with delivery to the customer within four working hours of a claim being notified (where requested), to ensure that your customer stays on the road. In addition, CCL can provide a credit repair service for your clients who have either a non-comprehensive policy or those with a high Accidental Damage excess.
