What is the Gracechurch Report?

Gracechurch has been conducting financial services benchmarking studies for 15 years and specialises in the commercial insurance industry. The reports provide unbiased insights and valuable feedback about customer perception and competitor performance.

What do top insurers do that makes them best?

During the survey, Gracechurch collected qualitative data as well as information for the numerical scores. Brokers were asked what makes them rank an insurer highly for its claims service and here is what a few of them said in response:

When there is a problem they will not just decline it, they will look at it carefully. They are flexible, they adapt to changes and they rectify problems."

They have great turnaround times on claims, sometimes 24 hours. They also have panelled solicitors inside the team, on site."

Because of the specific insurance cover they carry, they know and understand the business we put their way."
