Allianz ranked top insurer for mid-market commercial claims service

A recent Gracechurch Report on mid-market claims, prepared for Allianz, has shown that Allianz has maintained first place in its peer group for net satisfaction, with a 5% increase in Q1 2017 bringing its overall NSS (net satisfaction score) up to 21%.
The study conducted for the report involved quizzing 263 regional and national brokers on their perception of the reputation and performance of Allianz’s commercial claims service, and the likelihood that they would recommend it.
Besides the strong NSS performance, Allianz moved up from second to first place in its peer group for ‘top of mind’ recommendation, having achieved an overall score of 48% and the highest recommendation ratio (79% of brokers who recommended Allianz’s claims service have used it). Allianz Engineering has retained its position as market leader.
