Construction Project All Risks
Our Construction Project All Risks (CPAR) policy has been designed specifically for employers (e.g. property developers/owners) and principal contractors who are co-ordinating a construction project.
Cover is available on an 'all risks' basis with various optional extras so that your client can meet their contractual obligations while protecting their investment in the project and any constructional plant they own or hire.
For insurance to protect your client's construction business and its property and activities, please refer to our Construction Select policy.
