Engineering Insurance and Inspection Services

Allianz Engineering offers a marketleading range of Engineering products for property owners including Computer, Contract Works, Contractors Plant and Machinery and Business Interruption as well as inspection services.

Energy Inspection Services

Under the Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) Regulations 2007(England and Wales), property owners, operators and managers are required to put in place a programme of energy performance certification and energy inspections for air conditioning units.

We’ve developed a range of Energy Services to directly support the property market. Our services assist with compliance to the regulations whilst simultaneously offering bespoke energy management programmes for reducing carbon emissions.

We offer:

• Energy Performance Certification (EPC) and Display Energy Certification (DEC) assessments along with standard recommendations of how to improve energy efficiency
  
  
• Energy Inspections for Heating & Cooling systems – two levels of service for air conditioning systems:
  
  • Level 1 – provides a survey of the efficiency of air conditioning systems
  • Level 2 – offers the level 1 service plus recommendations for improvements to air conditioning systems to achieve energy usage reductions and savings in running costs
  
  
• Energy Audit & Report – an assessment of the efficiency of the entire building, its energy supply and usage. A detailed report will be produced which will recommend both immediate and economically feasible long term energy performance improvements.
  
  
• Heating plant (boiler) efficiency inspection
