Lift Condition and Modernisation Surveys
An independent survey and risk assessment of existing lift and escalator installations detailing the adequacy of maintenance, repair and compliance with current relevant standards. This can be extended to a detailed list of compliance comparisons with the European Standards Code of EN81:80.
Modernisation surveys will recommend on the extent of the equipment changes needed for modernisation together with budget costs and timescale for the implementation of these recommendations.
Supplementary Testing of Lifts
In the event that supplementary testing has been called for by the competent person as part of the thorough examination, Allianz Engineering recognises that users may require professional assistance in selecting a competent third party to undertake such testing.
We have therefore put in place a preferred supplier network through one of our business partners to support our in-service customers.
