| Allianz Commercial is pleased to announce the return of its successful broker 'Breakfast Club' programme for 2010.
The ongoing initiative is designed to help brokers understand the emerging issues and risks in the insurance market, while aiding professional development by awarding 15 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points per event.
2010 marks the programme’s fifth anniversary and, to-date, over 1000 broker employees have attended in the UK - helping many of these people accelerate their development and improve their knowledge of various insurance risks.
This year, senior members of Allianz’s Commercial division will deliver over 50 sessions at Allianz branches across the country, covering subjects related to all major insurance markets including property, casualty, motor and engineering.
Simon McGinn, director, commercial broker markets at Allianz, said: "Professionalism is at the top of the industry agenda right now and this programme confirms Allianz’s commitment to raising standards across our industry. These free events provide high-quality training and development opportunities for brokers and their staff - we welcome them to take advantage of this offer as we jointly strive to improve professionalism within the industry."
He adds: "We are delighted that so many brokers have benefitted in previous years and look forward to many more joining us in 2010."
