Our web based application allows you to quote and place cover for Complete Retailer, Complete Office, Complete Property Owner and Complete Contractor.

Documentation

Within imarket you can access and view essential documents online for both personal and commercial. This gives you faster access to various documents such as policy wordings and proposal forms. All these forms are available in a format to
download and print locally.

Stationery ordering is also available online. All documents available for download can be ordered in print with most orders being delivered the next day.

Claims Tracking

Our claims tracking service allows you to monitor the progress of individual and fleet claims on a regular basis and to construct claims reports on individual clients. The system is simple to use
and the data is updated daily. The information for individual
policies includes the number of claims, the vehicles involved,
driver details and total payments and recoveries.

Electronic Cover Notes

You will no longer need to worry about keeping your cover note books up-to-date, as cover notes are now available electronically
through imarket. You will be able to request a cover note simply by providing the vehicle and driver details. A cover note will then be sent to your secure email box within imarket (inotes), ready to print off.
