What does this mean for your client?
- We will produce new Claims START cards specifically for your clients. Autoglass will contact your client to set up their account and provide them with access to direct billing facilities.
- Your clients’ drivers will be able to arrange glass repair or replacement via a freephone number. Using the card will mean the insured cost is invoiced directly to Allianz Commercial. Any excess and VAT (if applicable) will be invoiced to your client for payment. Alternatively your client can book your appointment online at www.autoglass.co.uk/allianz.
- You will be entitled to use this facility even if you have chosen not to insure your glass cover. In this event you will be directly billed for all costs.

- A replacement windscreen free of charge if a windscreen repair fails for any reason, other than subsequent impact damage.
