| Recovery services available with The AA |
| Your clients can choose from the following recovery services available with The AA: |
- Roadside Assistance
Provides assistance at the roadside throughout the UK, 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. The AA’s main aim is to fix the vehicle at the side of the road, but if they can’t it will be taken to the nearest garage.
- Relay*
The AA will transport the vehicle, driver and up to seven passengers to a UK mainland address if prompt local repair is not possible.
- Relay Plus*
This is an extended relay service to include one of three alternative arrangements for driver and passengers; car hire, accommodation or public transport services.
- Home / Business Start
If one of your vehicles breaks down at / or within quarter of a mile of your home / business address, the same roadside assistance service will be available.
